This is the new requirement in Exchange resource mailbox. When the users booking the conference room, they will be getting the automatic notification of Conference room name, location, terms and procedure and availability.

This article helps you to configure the automatic email using HTML code on resource mailbox.

  1. Login to Exchange Admin Console
  2. Under Recipient -> Select Resource

3. Search and Select the Resource group like “LGUS Training Room 112-A”

    4. Click Booking tab -> select Manage booking

      5. Update the HTML code in “If you want the meeting organizer to receive a reply, enter the text below”

        Use the following HTML code

          <p>Thank you for booking <a href=”https://legendbiotechusainc.sharepoint.com/:b:/r/sites/CorpComms/Shared Documents/Training Room 112 Automated E-mail .pdf?csf=1&web=1&e=feRSFe”>Training Room 112</a> in Somerset.<br> <cr>

          Please click the link for important meeting details to ensure a smooth event.<br> <cr>

          If you have any questions, please connect with facilities and IT.

          Note : Prepare the document and save as pdf on SharePoint and copy that link in the code.

          Headline and location.

          Click Save

            Note: Wait for 15mins to sync and validate the notification by booking the resource group.
